With an option of up to 5 little hands, we hand-paint the flowers and hands. The plaque is then finished off with the names of your loved ones engraved.
Our personalised hand hearts are unique and special. Made from 3mm plywood, each plaque measures 19cm (w) x 22cm (h). Stand is included.
